A big spreadsheet, a standardised tagging system, a power BI dashboard, a set of re-usable & shareable tools and templates. All came about through a range of workshops, a series of testing, feedback, ctrl+z’s and iteration. Collaboration across 7 groups including design, research, product, sales, managed service, strategy and marketing teams. The result, over 50 research documents accessible from one location with thousands of customer, employee and partner comments tagged, filtered and searchable by segment, industry, product, domain, journey stage, verbatim type & more!
